Home for the Holidays: The Rodgers Foundation Makes Its Annual Turkey Donation to Project Self-Sufficiency in Newton, New Jersey

At The Rodgers Foundation, we believe that a warm meal can do more than fill a plate. It can bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of togetherness to individuals and families during the holiday season. On November 25th, we were proud to continue our tradition of giving by making our annual large turkey donation to Project Self-Sufficiency in Newton.

Project Self-Sufficiency plays an essential role in supporting community members through programs and resources that promote stability, independence, and hope. By providing turkeys for holiday meals, this donation helps ensure more families can gather around the table and celebrate the season with a little less worry and a lot more warmth.

Our annual turkey donation is one of the ways we put our mission into action each year, showing up for our neighbors and strengthening the communities we call home. We are grateful for the opportunity to support Project Self-Sufficiency and the meaningful work they do every day.

We extend our sincere thanks to the team at Project Self-Sufficiency for their ongoing dedication to families in our community. And to our supporters, your generosity helps make initiatives like this possible year after year.

As the holiday season begins, we’re reminded that small moments of kindness can create lasting impact. Together, we’re making a difference one meal and one family at a time.
